This software system is a Windows Application System for a Shop. This system is designed to maximize the firm’s productivity by providing tools to assist in automating the Purchase, Production, Sales and Billing, which would otherwise have to be performed manually. By maximizing the work efficiency and production the system will meet the client’s needs while remaining easy to understand and use.
More specifically, this system is designed to allow an administrator to manage Supplier, Purchases, Products, Price Setting and User Management. And also the software will facilitate Users to generate bills and maintain reports.

Product Features

Login
Any user who has got permission from the administrator can login to the system. Administrators have the full privilege to access the system including adding users, adding menu list, inventory control, stock accessing.
Product Control
Administrator and privilege users can add product to the stock. Shop maintains self prepared items as well as supplier’s items. Admin can add item, edit item as well as delete the item. Item is grouped according to the category

• Finished Products:
• Add Product Main Group
• Product Master (Adding Products to a master table)
• Add all Product List (Depends on producing item or purchased item)
  
  Inventory control
  For the self prepared items, stock should be maintained. Total price should be calculated according to the quantity of ingredients added and the unit price. Inventory products should be deducted or added according to the items selected by the admin/privilege user. Finished product will reflect in stock.
  Billing Section
  Able to generate bill according to the purchase. Time based billing is possible (Hourly, Daily, weekly, and monthly). Stock calculation also should be possible. We are providing Credit facility for wholesale customers and keeping the complete contact details in and it is reflected in the bill whether paid or credited amount.
  Raw Material Management
  This module manages Raw materials. Raw Material consumption takes place when self product turns to finished product. Utilization of raw materials is related to Shop’s own product. Calculation is based on the quantity of raw material consumed (depends on the quantity of finished product)

  Remote Counter Accessing

  Admin or privileged user should be able to access remote machines at the counter. He/she should be able to add new items or change prices by accessing counter machine. We can access daily/monthly reports. We can add new stock raw materials according to the delivery. We are keeping two databases. One in intranet as a local server another in main server. Admin can use (modify/delete) main database from any where using the internet. Admin can download recent updations to the client server from the main server. Daily bill details are saved in local server after closing the counter daily new bill details are updated to the main server, so admin can review the bill details using net.
  Report Generation
       Report should be generated on time basis. (Daily, weekly, monthly).Able to take printout of the Reports
